An appropriate care for me today. Success after struggle, well after struggling for so many years with my weight, it's time to get out of this run and get myself thing again, and that's what I'm on the path to do. I had some conceit over the conceit thinking that I could go back and eat like I did to get me fat for one day and not have any consequences about it. But I learned that lesson rather quickly and harshly. Here is to Success!
